I made one, just for fun and before one blink I was making a full side, anyway I´m already making another mod and getting into a new one isn´t the most smartest thing. (and so now i begun with w3d infantry, last model was about 450 polys...)

So I leave them here so anyone can make with them wathever they want.

THEY ARE MODELS MADE BY IMITATING TJ´S FRAME, FIL ROBB´S ARTWORK. (so not mine (the artwork design (:wink:clear, read below), and not 100% done since the european war factory was divided into two buildings so one could be used as a service depot in RA2)

Not optimized, no shadows, etc... (so no yeah were are the textures, or the shadows, or...) (in my opinion they are shit, at least compared to the low poly ones I´m making for the mod, but anyway someone may find a use for this.)

Thats not a bad model, but what is in this download that is not yours? You are not making yourself clear here when you say imitating. then say 100% not yours. so what isn't yours?

you got to be specific!

who made what if they modeled it out. also if they allow it being released or allow derivatives of their work. or it was a concept piece they made?

the concepts, of course, the rest i´ve modelled myself with 3ds max 9.0.

I said so, pardon if I explained myself wrong, so no one tolds me I apropiate the design those people made.

I´ve modelled them 100%, but the design belongs to Fil Robb and tj frame. (of course, they made th artwork sketches that can de found on webpages such cnc source)

Made clear? Razz

sorry, I had gmax, but since they retired the codes (serial codes you could get when filling the registering form) to get it working I was unable to reinstall it.

That´s why i put them on 3ds i thought all of you could get it.

If you have other importer and need, for example, obj, max, etc (with the exception of gmax) i would upload it no problem.

If someone is reading this and can get the files as .gmax feel free to upload them. (big thanks if you do Very Happy )

In fact the models are free to be edited, moded and used by anyone. There´s no need to credit. (just don´t need it) Smile

thats all. that needed to be clarified. that the concept art inspired you to make a model. It happens alot. #Tongue that is what concept art is for.

it seemed that the model itself was partially made and you modified it. when rather you modeled out something based on their artwork. its good that you cited your sources.

tis all.

I would have made the same question. Wink

Pardon my french Embarassed

Oops I forgot to tell wich ones are:

(all generals artwork on cnc source / gallery)

American railgun cannon

European HQ

European factory (I´ve detached the repair facility, it´s on other file)

Some sort of artillery truck-mech type that appeared on some shots of cnc 3 tiberium wars pre-release. (i think the images also have the official texture for w3d formats)

American barracks (old ones, no the new ones they used on generals)

Repair facility (above mention, the european one)
