Bigger menu background.

I'm attempting to make a new appearance for my TS menu. In doing so I came across this. Though tstback.pcx has a resolution of 640x400 you can use bigger sizes. Following is an image of the menu with a 720x450 background.

Both resolutions are 16:10 ratios but there's no reason to assume that 4:3, 5:4 and 16:9 won't work.

Has this possibility been noticed before?

Description:

Interesting to note is that the exit image is displaced to the left by 1 pixel! (standard, I did not change anything in the ini)

We all know you can have bigger images for the menus, so whats this about?

I think he is trying to say that the menu background isn't 4:3 (or 800 x 600 in example), but is 16:10 (which is widescreen IIRC)...

No, he said that he dont know any reason other sizes wont work.

And i can ensure you any size will work, because Tiberian Odyssey at one point had the whole menu system hardcoded to 1024x768.
