VQA audio extract request

This is a call out to any folks who know offhand how to extract the audio from VQA files.

I need someone to make a wav or mp3 of the audio from iceskate.vqa, which is located in movies01.mix on the TS CD.
This is for a school project, and I'll prolly post it up for you when it's finished.

Covert to AVI, use Virtual Dub to save the sound to WAV, then convert the WAV to MP3.

Winripper was quick and easy to use, but made it sound like crap #Tongue

Could you point me to a VQA2AVI tutorial, I can't seem to find one..
