no, TSHyper means the except.txt that is a file located in your C&C directory and has information about the crash.
to your code
1. you use a subterranean locomotor
change it to the amphibious apc locomotor
2. MovementZone=Water doesn't exist. (most probably the reason for the crash)
use one of the existing: Fly, InfantryDestroyer, Subterranean, AmphibiousCrusher, AmphibiousDestroyer, Destroyer, Crusher or Normal
In your case AmphibiousCrusher or AmphibiousDestroyer should do the job and allow your boat to drive on water.
3. to make it move only on water add the key
MovementRestrictedTo=Water

Also CrushSound= dont work like that, You put it on Infantry that is crushable, not the one that crush them
Also do you got all the sound effects that this Cruiser uses like:
VHIT1 to VHIT9 (and all inbetween)
and
VEXP1 to VEXP12 (and all inbetween)
and
VCRUS
In your sound.ini or sound01.ini and in ".AUD" format ?

they both exist.
TiltsWhenCrushes=false tells the game that the unit doesn't tilts when it drives over sandbags or other things that would make it tilt.

show your code again, maybe there's another glitch.
I think the droppod infantry is hardcoded to be E1 and E2.

You can change the droppod infantry in ETS (Ive done it in my mod)
