I'm sure I don't have to point out that the err... Corners look terrible compared to all the other lines, Do something about that. As for the background, It's just plain boring, you need some more exciting looking font and something going on in the background, some kind of texture and or picture. It looks like you've made this page in MS pain to be honest with you (I'm hoping that you didn't if you intend on actually using this page.

That made me press alt+F4.

Needs work.
Much, much work.

Corners/lines are horrible. Use gradient images, they're your friend.
Color scheme is horrible. Never, EVER go that dark.
Font is horrible. Not everybody has your fonts.
Logo/banner is horrible. Fix it.
