what is the maximum building size in TS. Is it 6x6.

Check Scrin Ship's foundation, IIRC it's 6x4...

but I downloaded Nuclear power plant (sise 6x6). I put it into the game, tested it and there was no health bar on it and units couldnt attack it. It was like a terrain.

It can't be 6x6. Only 6x4 is the max foundation the game allows (darn retarded WW coders).
