i've looked on their but their all to long and would have no relevance to fighting an other soldier i mean one of says some thing like gdi have being sited, i want them a lot small and i don't have the programs to do such things

well your clever have a corn flake, if he take peoples head and put them on robotic body i think that he could come up with a cabal unit it could be rc from the mainframe so in a sence would be cabal any way if i want a cabal unit i have a cabal unit.

For software to do what you ask, try audacity. Its an opensource audio editor. You will likely need to convert from aud to wav first and then back to aud when you are finished.
