SE and AE are both supported by VK atm (SE was the last to be updated though, irrc), so they are both really the latest versions. Personally I've stuck with SE because it isn't experimental. QUICK_EDIT

I would go with NPSE 22 because...
a) Far less buggy than RP. RP 1.10 has unit guard stance issues and logics bugged etc.
b) Still supported by VK
c) LOADs of new logics, you shouldnt want an awful lot more. QUICK_EDIT
