Is there any way to do this?
The installers don't work because they're 16bit and there's no 16bit emulation in x64 XP.

And if I can't do it with the original discs will The First Decade work?

Redalert1 does not need to be installed (only needs to be installed when you want to play over internet). Just copy the Install folder directly from Allied CD1 or Soviet CD2 to a location of your choise and right click on the folder and disable write protection for it.

Im not completly sure but you might encounter problems installing Counterstrike & Aftermath with this method. (If your lucky you can do the same thing with the expansions like with Redalert1)

Dont know about TD but I believe its the same there too.

As for TD, I found a way to do it by downloading the mixfiles of an installed C&C95 from a public site I found somewhere. the full method is described in this thread:

http://cnc-tech.planetcnc.gamespy.com/index.php?showtopic=3959

To install the Covert Ops on C&C95, just find the files sc-000.mix and sc-001.mix on the CD and copy them to your C&C95 directory.

RA patches and expansions may be a problem, since I think they're all 16-bit DOS programs. However, you can get around this (and get internet play while you're at it) by installing the RA 3.03 patch, which is just a zipfile:
http://nyerguds.arsaneus-design.com/cncstuff/0_files.html#ra303

To get LAN working on Vista 3.03, you need this dll:
http://nyerguds.arsaneus-design.com/cncstuff/0_files.html#ra303_dll

To get the expansions working in RA 3.03 all you really need to do is add the "AftermathInstalled" and "CStrikeInstalled" REG_DWORD registry entries under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Red Alert Windows 95 Edition

If multiplay doesn't work correctly you might have to add the DWORD value "Version", with as data 00030003 (that's hexadecimal. I think it's interpreted as separate bytes by the game)
For the rest it also has REG_SZ "InstallPath" with the path + executable in it, and "FolderPath" which normally holds the start menu folder (but which is empty in my custom install), but I doubt the game actually uses these two.
