I have started my creations for Dark Recon. The first addition to the game will be Plasma Soldiers. I do need some help and stuff. I will need some help on the shps and the logic. I wanted to make him shoot a normal plasma rifle but when he dies could i make him mutate into something else? I would like to mutate him into a stronger being and then when he dies as that thing he dies. is that possible?

Here is an example of what i want... a soldier is walking to base and he gets sniped. A dark radiation cloud forms and out comes a brute! I would like that. So if anyone knows if it is or isn't please tell me and if so can i have the correct logic?

it would depend on the shooters warhead he uses. im afraid the dieing mutate can not happen. but gee that was a cool idea #Tongue

could i make a tricking unit like u train him as a (ex) gi and when he uses secondary he mutates?

hmm that gave me idea. give it a deploy death weapon. and make the warhead of that weapon the warhead that mutates him. i am not sure fi it works though

what logic would i use to mutae...
Mutate=yes????
MutateInto=???
EDIT-
i tried it wouldnt fire or mutate or kill him!!!

eh forget it the self destruct thing on infantry is buggy. even if u did do that u would be sacrificing the Genetic Mutator Superweapon

anyother ideas or just abandon it?

IDEA-
Is it possible to have an infantry look like a GI when not deployed and when deployed look like a GGI?

Umm......I have this theory about the Plasma Soldier:What about making an self destruction weapon Just put on the weapon Suicide=yes and the Mutate Warhead and then put on the Plasma Soldier DeathWeapon=(name of the weapon) .......maybe this works

And about the GI , copy the GI.shp then copy paste deployed frames from GGI to the GI ........Umm something like this maybe? :
