Possible to make aircraft attack like C&C3 Scrin's devastor
I try to something like that but aircraft still fire orca fighter.

How does the C&C3 Scrin devastator behave? (i don't have TW)
Do you want an overrun attack for your aircraft(like the Banshee or orcabomber)?
Some researches about different aircraft behaviour was done here.
And no, aircraft is hardcoded to use only max burst=2 for normal attacks and 5 for overrun attacks. But for overrun attacks you don't even have to set burst=5.

Scrin Devastator attack is it will stand on air and spread plasma disc to target. It suppose to be Artillery Unit in Air.

a balloonhover workaround is described in the topic i've linked in the other post
but to make aircraft stop shuffle you have to set CurleyShuffle=no in the [General] section. Though this applies to all aircraft and those who previously shuffled, won't drain their ammo until you manually move them or they have to move to follow the target. to get that effect, you'd need a ballistic projectile, and those tend to be dropped
