Forum Update Is Completed.

Our forums suffered an extensive update to version 2.0.6 of phpBB and also updated category hierarchy mod. The following changes happened:

- Presence of new messages in subforums can be seen directly from the forum index.
- Main Forum became PPM Zone and now has as subforums Site News, Site Sections and Pool Booth
- Tiberian Sun modding forums are now centralized. Same for Red Alert 2 and Warcraft 3. You can find researchs, tutorials, maps and even links in the directory of the game you wish to mod.
- 3D Parts Scrapyars is now inside Graphics Board.
- Fan Fiction Main became Fan Fiction and has as sub forum PPM: ChainStory.
- General Game Chat became Game Chat and has as subforums C&C Chat and Warcraft 3 chat.
- Offtopic Discussion forum became Offtopic Area and has all other 3 offtopic forums as subforums.
- All forums related to a project are now inside the project and no longer in a reserved area, but they are still only visible for authorized personal only.
- Hosted Projects may now have up to 4 forums or category directly linked them on their forums. I.e.: A project may have a forum for screenshots, one for progress, one for unit list and one category for staff. Inside this category, they can have the number of forums they wish, because the forums under staff wouldnt be directly linked to their forum. So, inside staff, they could have Staff forums and Beta Testers forum, for example.
- Forums of projects that failed or left us will now be hidden in a discrete area, instead of in cluttering the projects area. I.e.: DooMod and HaloAoA.
- creation of the links.... (we will expand the links forum for other games if the idea becomes a success).
