Maybe coz he's from China and your language options don't support chinese symbols?

That is a file, some has files and can be downloaded to drive them.
And I will change the languages of my website.

That's what you get when you're not using IE. Which is a good sign the site was built by an idiot. Especially when it's circumvented by things as simple as user agent switching.

The site seems to work fine in Opera, but it's really useless for people who doesn't speak chineese.
