Is it possible to make an auto spawning building?
ex.
war factory makes a tank every 15 mins automatically without clicking on anything

depends on the trigger, since the spawning hasn't anything to do with the building at all.
you can either make a trigger that stops spawning if the owner changes or just keep it spawning units. Afaik it would even keep spawning units if it's destroyed and you forgot to add a stop trigger for the case it gets destroyed.

If you sacrifice the Hunter Seeker, yes. Replace it with the unit you want to spawn and you should have your tank.

I'm not familiar with TS modding, but is there no such option as autofire for a SW?

ETS v3.40 has a auto function for Superweapons, its called AutoActivate=yes and can be added to any superweapon (never tried it myself becaus I dont need it yet)
