File Hosting
I set up a file host to day. So if anyone wants any files hosted i can set up you account to upload. Its all free and no ads/wait. Also I can mirror to 2 separate servers if needed. contactme via email ionstorm66@gmail.com

Fantastic! So you have a Twisted Insurrection alpha version there in a password locked Twisted Insurrection category. However, if you put View All Files, you are perfectly able to download this TI alpha without using any password whatsoever.
Please, take that file offline and fix the security of your file hosting system before placing it back. QUICK_EDIT

Yes and No. The good thing is that others will wait before sending files there. And the way the file can be downloaded is obvious to any average joe visitor. QUICK_EDIT
For ztype sake delete this topic or I_Am delete that ztyping file from your site. Thanks for leaking our work _________________

I notcied this a little to late. The all files list is a test feature that my buddy enabled because he thought it would let him upload any file type ~_~. Well sorry for the leak the site has been fixed.

The 18 downloads that are show are just people who clicked the download button. The agreement must of scared them off. It says 29 downloads now so how many have just clicked download and actually downloaded it now eh . . .
It needs removing now so next time you come on here and you read this message get on your site and take that file off, as it should have been done when you come online earlier yet for some reason you failed to do so. _________________

I didnt remove the from the database but the file download there no longer works. The all file list was a test feature I was useing and its been remove from the code. So its all good now. Also the download system that wasn't on before is on now( i forgot to relink ti to it). I did download it and I am not from Finland, neither Canada or north america. QUICK_EDIT
Come on people Have a LITTLE Bit of respect for the amount of work I have put into this project Along with the other staff members. Unless you ARE a staff member, I'm asking you nicely to please remove any T.I files you have on your computer. QUICK_EDIT
That signature is the complete opposite of what you did to T.I.
I vote you be banished from the mod team for the amount of sheer stupidity you've displayed.
Not surprisingly, this is the worst moderation I've ever seen.
What should have happened: Banshee deletes the post and PMs I_Am with a warning.
What happened instead: Banshee announced to the whole forum in a post, HOW to download the file, and that it was actually possible to obtain it.
In all seriousness: PLEASE if you have a copy of the leaked Twisted Insurrection, PLEASE remove it. I and the other Staff members (Most of them anyway) have worked far too hard on this project for something as stupid as this to happen. Whether you respect me or not, at least have enough respect for the amount of effort I've put into this project. QUICK_EDIT

While I agree at your what should have happened point, crying over the past won't help at all. I have a tendency to not underestimate people's inteligence, and that leak was so bloody obvious that I thought it made no difference to mention it or not. The quote below proves that I was wrong to think that:

So, yea, I admit I was wrong to do what I did and I am sorry for Aro and all the crew from Twisted Insurrection.
Note that if you googled Twisted Insurrection, you could have found that download link as well and downloaded from it, but fortunately, the file is no longer there.
But again, instead of whinning, let's the do some real action to stop this problem:
At the moment, Google and Yahoo have not found any link regarding the leak or with downloads of the leaked alpha version of the mod. If anyone ever finds a leaked alpha floating somewhere, please PM me about it. Whoever is responsible for leaking it from now on will be banned for life from this forum.
In a small note, I don't even know why TI guys hosted a closed alpha version there if they have a functional subdomain here that is actually being used. QUICK_EDIT
I_Am put up a download of the TI Alpha on his website without letting me know in any way that he was going to do it. It doesn't matter anyway, accidents happen, I'm willing to forgive and forget here. QUICK_EDIT
