KW request

I wonder if anyone can upload his/hers Lang-english folder and CNC3EP1_english_1.0.skudef of Kane's Wrath? I don't have those files, I have the Dutch versions. If you don't know where these files are for, they control the ingame text of everything. As said, I have the Dutch version, so everything is in my own language, which sucks (I hate English games with Dutch text, especially if the translation is wrong or just plain stupid #Tongue

)
So if anyone is so kind to upload these?

BTW, I may not be online that much; my internet connection is really bad atm (and I dunno why...)

Ive also included a bat file for the Control Panel thing if you have difficulty changing language.

Aha, thanks for that. I already got it from another forum, but I couldn't change the language. Thanks again Very Happy

EDIT: uhmm, where must I put the C&C3KW-Control Center file?

Right in the C&C3KW main directory or if you have cnc3ep1.exe somewhere else put it there (the controlcenter.bat file has this inside: cnc3ep1.exe -ui)

Nope, ain't working... I still can only select "Nederlands" (or Dutch in English). It ain't that big problem, but it's something that irritates me sometimes, as some units and upgrades share the same Dutch name #Tongue

LAST RESORT:
I can confirm that this works becaus I just tested this on my C&C3KW:

You can replace the dutch files with the english ones from my zip file (just be sure to backup the dutch ones first)

You only need to replace the files in the lang-dutch directory with my files,
1. backup the orginal files in the lang-dutch\1.0\ directory
2. delete everything in the lang-dutch\1.0\ directory
3. put my config.txt and English.big inside the lang-dutch\1.0\ directory in the lang-dutch
4. Enjoy your new shiny English game with no Dutch text Laughing

(I can choose between these languages: czech, dutch, english, hungarian, polish, swedish)

umm... normally you can change the language in the advanced settings in the installation.

And you can still choose the language from the Control Center / DVD quick launch. (start exe file with parameter "-ui")
Though that only shows the installed languages.

Nyerguds if you read Dutchygamer has only Dutch as a language option and the rest is not included on his DVD or whatever he has.

He's right Nyerguds... I've also checked the DVD, but I can't find anything that even looks like the English translation of the game...

huh, the Belgian version has Dutch and a load of other languages.. you just need to go to Custom install when installing it, and mark the languages you want. Heck, I think there's even German, meaning any German kid can hop the border and get a Belgian version to have an uncensored German KW.
