We haven't heard Hell March 3 yet!

I'd like to apologise for posting that Hell March 3 was featured in a Red Alert 3 trailer featuring the Empire of the Rising Sun some days ago. Actually, many C&C community webmasters and fans were confused by what was just merely a remix of Red Alert 1's Hell March. Here's Frank Klepacki's clarification on it on his site:

The reason I didnt like it was because it seemed to have pop beats going off most of the time. I don't like repetitive drumming. #Tongue

HM1 is not impressive after you heard it for the 50th+ time. Of course it is impressive on the first time, specially for 1996's standards.

LoL, actually I think ive got more game music/soundtracks on mine than other musics, simply because its less repetitive and the lack of vocals is easier listening. With vocals you generally need a chorus, repeating lines and rythms etc which can easily get boring...

And yeah, HM1 is still awesome to me. #Tongue

HM2 might well be better though.

Oh, I liked it. Wasn't as different as HM1 --> HM2 but it had some good riffs I hope he recycles at least. =]

Lol, my collection is 40% metal, 10% other music and 50% game soundtracks (including all soundtracks from all C&C games excluding TW/KW) #Tongue
