Venom sent me 2 of his new voxels to test (he doesn't have TS installed remember) so i've got some screenies of them here. I think they're really good voxels..

yea... he could of course erase one of the antenae from the buggy so it doesnt look like it's mirrored, but I have to say, good job man.. oh and use the autonormals in VXLSEII Smile

yes I plan on working on them a little more, final touches you know and run it through the autonormals in VXLSEII, just for good measure. the buggy will get more remap colours on it, and i agree the second antenae looks like it was mirrored so i'm chopping that off and i'm going to expirement with more colours on it to see if i can get it a little more brighter instead of a black ball/blob on wheels. now for making the mcv less flat i've got no clue, its been two days since i looked at it in the editor so i'm not sure how much room is under the cranes, but theres one thing i had an idea for, but its hard to explain. If you look at the crane arms closely they're actually attached to the cockpits just like a normal crane is.
Special Thanks goes out to DvD and Firestorm for being my testers.

CD-ROM UpDate: My dad found a CD-ROM at work and he took it out of that machine and now all he has to do is ask his boss if he can have it, and then put it in, which i'm sure will only take a day or two for him to get it

I didn't see a thread on a question I'm about to ask, so I figured I use this thread.

Are you gonna re-skin(re-voxel?) the cyborgs? They remind me of a gay Superman that hasn't seen the sunlight in forever. They look nothing like thier cutscene counterparts.

hmmm, I don't know its kinda hard to do infantry, which is why not many people do infantry. I agree, they do look kind of odd and innacurate, maybe if I get better on that I can do some diff cyborgs

That's a classic Wink

Yeah i agree though, these guys look too comical compared to what they look like in cutscenes and most notably the FS cutscene where you see them together with Cyborg Reapers. They rock.
