Command & Conquer Sole Survivor available for download!
Subject description: Bittorrent client required. 7zip required.
It includes the 1.05 patch which is newer than the versions the last torrent had.
Enjoy~
Because Arikado is being an ass and says that the latest questions are my fault. HERE YOU ARE:
ISO means "CD Image" in the land of Canada. Just because we have a format .iso doesn't mean anything special in this context. The format used here is BIN/CUE. Last edited by IcySon55 on Tue Jul 29, 2008 10:37 pm; edited 5 times in total QUICK_EDIT

Wow, how long will this take? I downloaded part of an anime a while back, and that took well over half a day.(12 hours, that is) It was about 600 megs, I think.
Or could it be faster? _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90

I started downloading this about 3 hours ago, but it says I have 5 days left before it finishes. I never liked bittorrent, but I guess if it's the most efficient way to get a hold of this game I'll just suck it up...
Thanks Icyson and Nyerguds...
PS: Lone wolf, I don't think that's what Dats meant when he said use his sig to advertise the forums... QUICK_EDIT

I started the download. And yet... it only me 2 hours to download it. It's funny that it took you guys over 5 hours to download _________________ QUICK_EDIT
The guys over at the Command & Conquer Communications Center have been working on a Sole Survivor server for a while now and will hopefully get somewhere soon.
In light of the news, I'm re-uploading the Sole Survivor ISO. This time with 7zip compression so it's only 434MB instead of 592MB.
OP holds new torrent and more instructions. _________________ Last edited by IcySon55 on Thu Jul 17, 2008 6:49 am; edited 1 time in total QUICK_EDIT

Hmm... is this image the complete CD, with the CD audio tracks? (CD audio is unsupported by the ISO format... needs .nrg or .ccd format) _________________ QUICK_EDIT

When I converted it to .iso there were 9 .cdr files created with it, looking up the soundtrack there are 9 songs (not including the menu music) and they're about 35MB each (about .wav size). I haven't figured out how to play them yet though, no media player I have can play it, I can't find any blank discs to burn the disc image to and Google came up with nothing. _________________

Yes, the ISO (CD Image) I created is in BIN/CUE format. All 9 RedBook audio tracks are in the image. You can use any virtual CD/DVD-Rom program to mount the iso and rip the tracks with any music ripper (Windows Media Player, Exact Audio Copy, etc...). Sadly, I found the ISO on eMule and many of the tracks have clicks in them. I guess the original ripper had a scratched/dirty disc. If you get the disc mounted, ANY CD audio player program will be able to play the tracks.
Check OP for a nifty explanation to the latest questions.
