since Xcc Utillities cant use to C&c3 i dont know how i can extract file from it.

i just want to extract unit / texture from it to study. anyone can tell me?

ahh and possible to extract unit/texture from Kanewrath? i hear it impossible to mod right now. Confused

I already know how to open the StaticStream.big (FinalBIG) and how to extract and open the static_common.bin/relo/imp/manifest files (BINOpener). But when i open the static_common.manifest with the BINOpener it suddenly quits the program Confused

It's really annoying and i have no idea how i can solve it #Mad

I also wonder if a similair process can be used to extract from the red alert 3 beta. Heck, we could have them as .shps and .vxls before the game even copemes out Smile
