1. wrong forum. this is the research center for advanced questions, not the modding forum for this kind of simple question
2. continue the next time you have a question one of your previous topics. for such a simple question it isn't necessary to create a new topic
3. put more info in the topics title. "Help me" "OMFG HEEELP" and "????" don't help at all.
4. read the forum rules and topics like this How To Ask Questions The Smart Way
5. to your question
take a look around in the forum, there are many tutorials. you can also check the TS modding forum since modding is there quite similar to RA2
in a short way
-put the building shp into an ecache*.mix file
-add to art.ini the building entry
-add to rules.ini the building in the buildingtypes list and add the appropriate entry
