Command and Conquer 3's 3d Models
Ok, I know 3dsmax can open them. But what about free programs? Google didn't really help, so I'm asking you guys. Is there a script for blender?
I just got a video card for my computer, and now supreme commander works beautifully. Within 15 minutes, I was able to get alot of tools to edit supcom online, which all you need is something to open their equivalent to mix files, a text editor, and blender can handle the unit animations(with a script). So can blender handle c&c3's models too? If not, modding SupCom looks very attractive... _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT
yeah, but I think you have to open the .w3x in 3dsmax, because you need a script to do it. Then you could export it as a .3ds, which would let you open it in anim8or. *I think*
Has anyone been able to open a c&c3 model in anim8or? _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT
There are no official scripts for anything but 3DS. And I highly doubt anyone has written any scripts for other programs. _________________ WOL nick: migtybob
