you should fix the duration of each frame, so it is slower and the sleeping/awake frame plays a bit longer. (take a look at the times in my gif)

Oh and how about replacing the CM Burns sign with your nickname Wink

here's another one of homer watchin 6 hours football.
this one is quite big, so if a mod/admin says it's too big i'll delete it.
As you can see it also has some color problems, because i had to reduce the color depth from 24bpp down to 256 colors.
I still have the raw frames and if someone has a good gif creating tool i can give him/her the frames so he/she can make a better version.

the HypnoToad is from Futurama. I don't think it was in simpsons too, but i'm not sure, since Bender and Fry were in simpsons too.
