Hi, Do you know how to extract the audio files from ra2 to like a wav or mp3 file? I am looking for the sound effects of the buttons in the menus like the main menu where it shows singleplayer, network, internet, etc.

Open XCC Mixer -> Launch -> Sound Editor.

I just found the voices and death sounds but where are the sound effects of the buttons?

deep in the mixes...
when you find them, its easiest to use the XCC Mixer's conversion feature.
right click on the sound file, click convert to .wav, then it will appear on the mixer's left panel.
