To Make A New Civillian building make a New building with These Attributes

TechLevel=-1; you dont need to be able to build this so -1 will make it not available at the buildings tab
Insignificant=yes ;this object not be announced when destroyed
Nominal=yes ;Always use the given name rather than generic "enemy object
BaseNormal=no ;not a normal building
ClickRepairable=no ;if you put this to yes you will be able to fix the building by the repair button
CanBeOccupied=yes ;can soldiers occupy [enter} this building
MaxNumberOccupants=10 ;max number of soldiers that can occupy the building
LeaveRubble=true ;if the building shp that you want to add to the game has a wreckag\remains frame this will make the game draw it under the building when it'ss destroyed
CanOccupyFire=yes :Can soldiers fire from inside this building

or you can just simply copy and paste an old civillian building and change it's name and some other's

remembr to add your building to buildings list or it will not be use able ,and about placing it in maps ,in final alert you will find it in the buildings+civillian at the end of the buildings
