Hello all very long time.... very long time no see.

Not sure how active this place is anymore. I would check but not got long at the moment. (Shopping time sadly)
Where to start? Well first of Im Tazzy, WAS also known as Taz0Snipz. Im not new here, I've been around since 2004, only posted about 7 times, Since my main "home" at the time was tiberiansun.com but visited this place to get to know more people and learn new tricks. I was known by a few people here though. Some of them where "Banshee", "Denmon", "The DVD" NOT sure if they even remember me or even still visit, but i sure remember chatting to them.
I was known for some of my maps i made for tiberian sun Years AGO. some of them was called mutant, High Lands, Day of Defeat. which to this very day are still posted on your forums (not the best of mappers, But they got better and better and i learned new things) And not sure how active the game is still eather.
But i had some persarnal issues and i just vanished from here and Tibsun.com (Which seems to have been shut down?) without a trace.
But today i picked up a new copy of First decade. and well did a search for tibsun.com but found your place again. still amazes me lol.

I am DonutArnold, a global moderator of this place and I can do nearly anything related to WW time C&C game modding, but I mostly do 3d/2d art (SHPs). This place is very alive and I'm sure you can find many active projects here.
It's pretty active IIRC, we have several..."teams" modding their own different mods.

Thank you both for the welcomes. I had a feeling NOT everyone or even anyone would remember me.
So tib is still alive and kicking then? So if i was to "get" back into the mapping side i would still get feedback and not just a "Games dead man!"

Oh wow. Definitely remember you from TumSun, though you probably might not remember me (I joined there at the same time as here, but didn't become active for several months). I had heard you had been to the hospital a few times back when the place was still up, I didn't know if you were still around at all.
Btw, TumSun was brought back in a way in the form of http://www.tiberiumweb.com/ , run by Python and DvD (of course). TibWeb, as we call it, recently had a crippling issue relating to the database. It's yet to be fixed. _________________

And yes i was taken into hospital due to a accedent from work (Again) but i lived to tell the tale.

Well, Felix stopped hosting TumSun (though that wasn't really why the move took place, hosting ended after TibWeb was fired up), so TibWeb is hosted independently, outside the Revora network. It's the same kind of place, but uses IPB and has a more reliable host. If you have MSN, we could mull over the past 2 and a half years. Things are quite a bit different these days. _________________

RockPatch is a old (2 years old IIRC) project in YR to remove many hardcoded limits and introduce new features. It does this by hacking the game.exe. Through this it has done many great things, most notably allowing entire a _LOT_ of new sides and many more new countries, allowing you to code many new campaigns, UI, and AI to go with the new sides.
Later on it introduced modder CNCVK, who even later took over the project when pd resigned. VK wasn't too good with the community, eventually being hated by some, causing a split in the community (mostly at renegade projects). pd heared of this (wtf happened to RP?!?!), and revoked the RP name from VK. VK then "banned" his versions (meaningless to many, ppl use it anyways), and used them to him version the NPatch. ~All of this is like over a year ago
After some time, pd went back to hacking the exe and nows does Ares (RockPatch 2). It is, however, taking a long time being developed. It is very helpful though, as it is promised to be bugg-free, and it gives those who dislike Vk and his NPatch have something to look forward to.

I see, that makes some sence to me Then again there could be this WHOLE war on the forum and i would not even notice, Im not very observant on news and updates. I useally find out bout it like 2 years later XD
If i remember correclty I used ETS (Extended Tiberian Sun) in one or two of my maps.

When i "Vanished" I stoped using the internet and computers. I just stuck to my every day life routine, Get up, Go work, Come home go bed, never had time for it, So my computer just sat there for about 3 years gathering dust. So my MSN was deleted i think for being inactive for so many months. Even today im not has active on the internet, thought i might make a MSN at a later date.
Lately I just spend my time with my future wife to be. Since i lost my job, but im always on the look out for new jobs.

Hehe What map was that? As i had a few but some where under my old nickname "Taz0Snipz" and may i ask did they have to be good maps to be put into this pack of yours or just maps all thrown in one to make a map pack, sorry to ask, I just like knowing people like and enjoy your maps.
