These are the conditions when IE occurs:
- magnetron is veteran or elite
- vehicle or building fires on the magnetron (so it's the magnetron which is guilty)

I've made a lot of rules editing, amongst:
veteran/elite abilities in the [General] section (I didn't touch sight)

What could cause it? Confused

The magnetron weapons are not edited.

EDIT:
The IE doesn't happen all the time (in 80% cases) especially when the magnetron and the tesla coil fire simultaneously; and it happens just when (after) the enemy shoots as if the magnetron would want to fire back and this causes the IE.

EDIT:
I put back veterancy settings and it still happens...

I can't find the dl link for the syringe, no matter where I'd look for it...
I suppose you ment the syringe.
EDIT:
Ok. I found it, ran it and it doesn't work. I've installed VC++ 2005, then 2008, ran the game.syr and when it executes it just exits.
If there's another way I'm all eyes and ears.
It's just an edited rulesmd.ini. If I'm not asking too much, would anyone want to just put it in the game dir and run the syr, please?

No, go to your RA2YR folder and find a TEXT file named "Except.txt", upload it here, and signal for DCoder.

Unbelievable! you're right, MRMIdAS! it happens when the magnetron dies and ONLY if it has EXPLODES as veteran ability. I'm intrigued tho, why does it happen only to the magnetron, as I put EXPLODES on all of the vehicles...
And yes, I've played with [DeathWH] but "I was just playing" so to quote the Brute Smile

Its cos default death weapon is only used if a unit actually has no weapon.

By default it uses primary as death weapon.

...and as MagneBeam is some kind of special (locomotor) prolly this caused it...
