why wont this work ?

I used to have sevrall maps (that I moded) where I added a building that if you built it then you could build other stuff
I lost them in a house fire and am trying to re make the coding but for some reason im getting it wrong this time
Forget it. MT, the CANEWY04 and CAOILD are original buildings (liberty statue and oil derrick) so they are already in the buildingtypes list.

BuildCat=Combat (was allready in it)
added "RequiredHouses=British" (made no difrence)
notesed something odd though
the CALAB should be killing my power by 500 but it isn't doing anything

yea well I actualy like flushing out my computer and starting from scrach 9do it about every 3 months)
but I just got done doing it
I wondered about "IsBase=yes"
just removed it and still no joy
well im off to bed now
think I may try recoding the hole thing in the morning peace by peace
today I coaded it all at once and just droped it all in "along with 3-4 other things"
im thinking maybe I should have cecked it after every new thing to make sure it was working rite
but that just takes so long
and the coding is so simple

I was testing yet again and had the comp bace constently sending men to mine I figured that thing is set to stranth of 100000 so ill just drop one in front of my bace throw some men in it and let it deal with the comp's men
well I timed it wrong and droped it just as the cops men arived and they entered it hehehe
then I realised it was being built as wight and changed to the comps color when they entered it
the PROBLEM is that when a building can be Occupied
the game dosen't consider it as belonging to anyone untill it is
so the simple fix is to just send a man in it once it's built
or I think just add the lines
CanBeOccupied=no
MaxNumberOccupants=0 QUICK_EDIT
go to the rules.ini, and post the entire code for the buildings. There's some tag that is still being read, that weforgot about.
A cleaner way to do it is just clone the building you want it to act like, and add Image=whatever, and then it should work better. Remember to add the new building to the building lists.
