And also ive been modding TS for about half a year now and yeah..
also i am currently using Vista so some programs i use for modding crashes all the time, so if i do anything i want to post, i'll post it from my laptop.

I am having problems getting my hands on a 3D modelling program, but when i do i will hopefully learn to do some models.

I am having problems getting my hands on a 3D modelling program,
I just started 3d some weeks ago...
A great free 3d modeler is Blender, but you may find it complicated at first.
If its way too complicated, you could try Wings3d, it has a lot less features, is a lot less complex, but very easy. I used it to get used to 3d modeling, before taking on textures, lighting, cameras, and other advanced things. QUICK_EDIT
look on the web for caligari truespace, microsoft are giving it away free... And if that's not your kind of program go for blender or gmax (if you can get it).
Good luck with modding, TS is a good game but give YR a try though too, either might fit your "style" of modding, some people prefer the extra logics but no tiberium and a few other things, some prefer those logics but no garrison, or the smaller scale of TS, it's all good and I have actually played a few TS mods in my time (check out ROTD;)). _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. Actually i'll look into it right now
And i did a cyborg with blood splatter anim..
i think i will upload it later if anyone is interested.
and also ROTD is awesome imo.
I tried modding Ra2, but i found TS an easier game to mod + i like Nod and GDI.

I also do some photoshopping. I converted this image as a cameo for a nod soldier/commando.
Looks decent i think... Ingame that is.

You're getting on the good side of the members here, nice. Yet again, welcome to PPM.
Remember, do check the post dates of threads before posting, since the thread's topic might be really old and stuff. PPMers (I dunno), generally don't like to "necro/bump" REALLY old topics. However there are several...more..."open" members here that allow their threads to be bumped...
If there is relevant information that contributes to the topic at hand. If you get this into your PPM routine, you'll do fine here. Do participate in some of PPM's games, like The Word Game, Word Relay and stuff.

Also, stay aware of...randomness in PPM. Sometimes you might encounter massive name changes; namely the Team "[Insert word here]". In other cases you will encounter people with avatars of...things with a circular mouth with..yellow square/rectangular teeth. Keep your eyes peeled.

Don't worry about that.
Python doesn't make much of a difference (I think its for writing scripts or something...). I didn't need Python once yet, and I already successfully made some finished models (with textures and all). QUICK_EDIT
