Yea, he could use his "common sense", but it is actually important to provide a description about the mod in the news to motivate him (and others) to use his "common sense".

Exactly. Guests can post comments on Site News, but they can't view PPM Zone. Quite weird system, but I prefer to have a place where the community can discuss about the place without the presence of guests.

So are you saying I should explain what the mod is in every single mod news post I make regardless of how many times I've posted about that particular mod? That sounds quite silly to me, I'd of figured the links would of been more than useful. Confused

You should explain what is the mod about when you are posting a news about its release. Remember that news posts are nothing less than an advertisement of a relevant event of the community.
