So,I'm using Vipr's voxelizer tool,and I choosed the option to convert the materials too,but it simply doesn't work.

Any fix for this?

Explain everthing or I can't help you.
All I can say is the textures and the 3ds must be in the same place to work and the only image formats it works with are JPG PNG TGA BMP and some others i know that PSD does not work or GIF.
Also the voxelizing color must be one or below.

Everytime I covert my C4D model into 3DS and finally into voxel
I turn every texture into BMP with short name. It works for 3DS2VXL, on 70% (it is pretty buggy tool anyway). #Mad
+ work 1 week on your model, end with high-poly model, convert it into voxel and hear how many normal
errors does it have (like my heavy APC which can be seen at my Tu-22M3 voxel in voxel section of PPM).
Now I made voxels directly in Voxel editor, just sometimes in 3D editor, but not too much here (because there's work with filling then).

Managed to convert it,but its still an crappy conversion.But,meh,at least its converted....
