Erm... get a grip Galt?

Slava, you need either RockPatch or NPatch to add new colours. Check their mod development kits to find out exactly how.

If you want to change current colours you can by editing their HSV (?) values in the [Colors] section... but that in Vanilla will only edit the ingame colours and not colour selection menu... colours. If that makes sense.
