problem with the world builder

I just downloaded the world builder from the official site which i think was like 16.6 mb. But when I press install there was an error saying
Feature: Command & Conquer(tm) Red Alert(tm) 3 World Builder
Component: WorldBuilder
File:
Error: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. Can anyone help? I already got the 1.06 patch but is it because i didn't get the 1.05 patch? I am trying to get the 1.05 patch now

i would cheak you installed it in the same folder as the game

Actually I didn't even get to choose where I would like it to be installed

try checking it in your directory should be in *drive installed* program files/EA(or the full worded EA an't remeber)/Ra3/Data

make sure that you are running patch 1.5 or above.

My ra3 is on patch 1.06. I tried putting the setup into the red alert 3 folder (Where I installed ra3) and it still popped up the same message to me. Do you guys know if it is possible if I just drag the worldbuilder program from a friend's computer to mine and still work?
