I tried it a little while ago. It needed:
-A better UI
-A better AI
-More complex Structures
-Zoom in/out feature
-Fewer bug problems
-More and more diverse units
...
I liked the music for the most part.

Once at least 5/6 of these has been fixed I will download it again.
