question about the upgrade acting like a prerequisite

i was seeing rockpatch 2 forum(think is in renegadeprojects site and has founded the fixed things, new things in they to do list and i founded the upgrades working correctly as a prerequisite, but get confused and now i have that question: do this upgrades are working in rock patch 1.10 or npatch or i will need to wait for the rock patch 2?

Think I saw on a thread somewhere that Prerequisite2 (an NP/RP tag) works for upgrades...

You need to wait for RP2, someone thought that they had it working with NP but more testing showed it still didn't work.

i'm just asking if the upgrades work like a prerequisite in rock patch 1.10 or will need to wait to rock patch 2!
