OK, the problem is you have this shp set up as an infantry. IE: 8 facings then the walk frames...
You want this set up like hmch.shp (Just added that so you can go look your-self.) It doesn't have the 8 facings for the 1st set of frames, it just starts off with the walking frames, then if there is a turret, the turret spin animation.
And the other thing you will have to do is revere the angle in witch it turns, clock-wise instead of the counter-clock-wise that you have now.
and as for FiringFrames=1... I don't know that your are going to need that.... Unless you want to have turret. And from that ship I don't see there being a turret so you can just leave that out. _________________ MadHQ's Graveyard - Click here!
