The Marshlands: The Civilians who live in this area like to consider themselves lucky due-to the very small amount of Tiberium infestation while there is still a very small amount of Infestation. This is one of the grassiest and cleanest areas left on the entire planet and the homes have been marked as very expensive. The small towns in the area are powered by a set of near-by windmills and their resources are fathered by a near-by oil field.

It's a really nice map, but the way you've got the sand and grass going looks very unsightly and weird. Dunno if such things can be found in the UK but over here it's only ever grass or sand. And yes, I've got the whole Tiberium thing in mind. It's just it looks very wrong.

If you take a look at the majority of my maps you'll see that its my style to do LAT that way, I don't think it looks wrong at all.

That is also a TI exclusive terrain piece from what I'm told, and from the looks, just take the ship you can find on the snow maps and replace it with a temperate theater. For all I know, Aro might've told us of that tile already =P

Anywho, can't wait for the mod to be done man =3

It's not exclusive, its done in plenty of mods already.

The idea anyway, the TMP itself is exclusive.

Yeah we have more than just the "Temperate version" like Aro said that tile is exclusive. #Tongue

Now that reminds me...how come the river is runing on a hill? Doesn't make sense...water speeds up erosion, so it just doesn't fit to my head how a river has formed on top of a hill.

And how the hell did that Oil Platform get up there? xD

It was a joke. The Temp tanker has been removed from that map in general. How many times have I got to say it? Rolling Eyes

I wouldn't say having an oil pump is that far fetched, there were such in Tiberian Dawn and wouldn't surprise me if there were some left and ruined a long time after that.

Depends how old the river is. This must be some sort of artificial river then. I don't know, maybe you're right.

Lets say thousands of years ago the river on top of there was a lake, with waterfalls going into the surrounding "marshlands" (Which eroded faster). They dried up somewhat and so did the middle river leaving only a stream and thats why everything around the stream is on lower ground....
