Taking into account there are younger people visiting this forum, stuff like this really should be dissuaded from being posted imo
Maybe a generalized rule, something along the lines of:
"An additional few pixels or use of a single Photoshop effect used on an already exsisting EA/WW piece of art does not account as your own piece work"

noki try to stop made recolours for red alert 2 things and try to make your own voxels, buildings, because, the recolour is very easy and anyone can make it
