You cannot say that ra2/yr sucks because of some crappy mods that were based on it. In short the blame lies with the mods, and none with the game.
And how Banshee said, just because someone based something of your mod and made it crappy, its not linked in anyway and you mod cannot be blamed.
And of course there cannot be voxels removed because of your whim. This place accepts any voxel, so that new members may learn, and therefore there is no point of quality control (other than spotlight section), they will learn to make better voxels only by time.

This should almost be looked at as fan work, This person liked your mod enough, and wanted to show that he liked it.

I don't care how much someone likes my mod. He mentioned the name of the mod along with posted the garbage. The link is made. Remove the link and there won't be a problem. The voxel can stay here, just don't mention my mod.

Even if this does pale in comparison with our real Shyguy transport vehicle that can crush tanks, this is awesome. You even kept the same dark colour scheme and threw in Phanto on both sides and on the fins. I am flattered.

So, constructive critique:
Needs a less boxey shape. The two fins at the back should also be properly defined. Once thats done it should also be detailed better with more than 3 colours. QUICK_EDIT
Hey noki, good start, some more work and this could come out as a decent vxl. Few suggestion:
1) As stated above, normals. If you need help feel free to ask here or PM others how to do it.
2) I recommend smoothing the top corners, maybe make them slightly rounded?
3) How about a gun?
4) Also some extra shades so its not just black
