When a unit teleports farther from it's position, it takes time for the unit to teleport back. Is there a possibility to change it?

Question:Is the chrono code is in any way related to TS jumpjet coding? Was Jumpjet predecessor of chrono movement?

No. Chrono movement is entirely independent of JumpJet code, which is still in the same form as Tiberian Sun, except RA2 can be applied on a per case basis.
