XCC wont read my Expandmd02.mix

Well Everything worked fine with my Expandmd02.mix. Then the next day any XCC program/Tool wont open or even find my .mix when its right there.
For example XCC Mixer wont locate it and acts as if it doesn't exist, however XCC Editor finds it but cannot open it. It just says open .mix failed. My Yuri's Revenge still reads the .mix and my modifications are still ingame. Ecachemd02.mix is perfectly fine. Can somebody help me with this problem?
