Was wondering if anyone knows a damn good book, or a website to really help me dive into photoshop a bit faster than messing with the program and hoping for the best


been trying to make an awesome banner for my site all day today, and while i dont think there entirely horrible, its not the professional piece im going to want when i actually launch the site you know...

So if you guys know anything/anywhere i can go for some help on it on my own time that would be awesome.

I have been using Photoshop for a good 4 years or so, and i have only ever read one page on a book about glossy bevels and two tutorials about glass effects.

Everything else i have learned from pure experience in the program. If you got any questions just gimme a nudge Wink

I use free tools like Gimp or Project Dogwaffle 1.3 (free version), everything I need... Twisted Evil
And also the best method is usually trial and error (it's not rocket science where it's trial and explosion #Tongue)
Open Photoshop and try this and this and this... Wink
