inf sequence

this was converted this from CIV 3, but I place the unit on a map to test it showing up I can't change the facing. But, my main problem is the moving sequence. There are 4 moves (guard, walk, death, and attack), the unit walks backwards or not the intended direction. I followed the directions from a post i read and I can't figure out where I went wrong, shp is attached with the sequence i made.

Use the SHP builder - Tools - Misc - Sequence and code it yourself.

i tried doing that, but i had no luck with that. thats why i posted. if you downloaded my file, did you look at what i did, can you tell me what i did wrong
