Paratrooper plane speed increased significantly. Transport Plane speed and armour increased. New image (Mig Eater)
Defence building strength increased. Basic defences fire considerably faster.
Superweapons refuse to function without battle lab.
Warhawk, Kirov Gunship, Deceiver Disk, Battleship and Akula are now classified as super units.
Super units do not gain as many stat bonuses upon promotion. Super unit are less effective against infantry.
Super units require, radar, battle lab and that factions key structure e.g. Ore Purifier, Troop Bay, Psychic Beacon
Tweaked AA performance vs missiles.
You can now choose Random without any bugs/internal errors.
Implemented bounty logic for PRA units which are not suicide, dogs or missiles which can be shot down.

Hacking technology damages controlled units/structures.
Heroes, jumpjet infantry, scouts, light AA/AG units and basic ships are the only units equipped with sensors to detect cloaked/submerged threats.
Updated unit descriptions/classifications which should hopefully help you players to develop more balanced armies.

Chrono Tanks/Transports can now teleport to other islands but can no longer enter service depots.
Tweaked oil derrick/storage income production rates.
Revised vehicle damage. Factory level units are fast, small units thus taking less damage from most weapons generally. Radar/Tech level units are larger, slower vehicles which are thus more vunerable to damage but capable of higher damager potential. Super units i.e. build limit are exception to this rule due to super heavy armour plating.
Artillery units are generally more powerful but less accurate. All artillery have build limits.
Fighter aircraft weapons damage groups of units, making them good vs large groups of medium, heavy vehicles. Poor performance vs light vehicles and infantry however. Exception being Yak.
Revise aircraft combat damage. Fighters are strong vs stationary AA guns and ships but weak vs man portable AA weapons and vehicles. Bomber strength increased but speed reduced. Bombers take most damage from stationary AA guns and ships.
Revise structure combat damage. Tanks, light vehicles are generally more effective vs defences but less potent vs standard structures and vice versa for artillery. Fighter aircraft are strong vs defences but weak vs standard structures (exception being Yak vice versa) Bombers are powerful vs standard structures but less potent vs defences. Construction Yard, Naval Yards are exception to standard building rule and are generally resistant to everything.
Revise infantry combat damage. Basic infantry most vunerable to damage, radar level, battle lab infantry have combat armour, heroes have powersuit armour, note that Yuri infantry have combat armour + genetic engineering as standard but are fearless and thus cannot go prone (to reduce damage). All infantry self-heal by default.
Revised urban combat damage. All infantry generally gain increased range, faster rof, aa capabilities. Weapon damage is reduced however and even more so for units which lack aa ability by default. Civilian building strength and armour changed.
Vortex Storm superweapon damage reduced.
Vortex Tank has tweaked warhead, updated purpose (see unit description)
Omega Cannon replaces yuri tank bunker on maps (Speeder) Select building and manually target enemy forces. (Capture with engineer to use)
Nuclear Waste Silo replaces soviet battle bunker on maps (Enemy at Gate) Select building and force fire on ground, "attack" enemy to deploy large radiation field. Violently explodes when destroyed. (Capture with engineer to use)
Research Lab replaces SpySat Uplink on maps (ArgCmdr) Research Lab provides full map reveal and income. (Capture with engineer to use)
