Dead Wars
As some of you may have guessed, I've been working on a mod for a short time now. The mod has already seen some progress, but untill I can get a sub-forum up here for the mod you won't be seeing anything.
I cannot give you a full insight on the story untill the mod has actually been released. I have my reasons for this, so don't ask about it. I can however explain a portion of the time and place that will be the mod. Untill then, I can give you a list of things I hope to accomplish on my own.
New terrain. While I have no experience in creating/editing terrain, I can at least try before I ask for help. Who knows, I could be a god. Now this includes trees, ore, etc. I have something very special in mind for this...
New units. Already underway. If you've seen the one and only voxel that I have ever released, which is at TiberiumWeb, you would think I'm crap-tacular at voxeling. (Though my voxel did get a few spotlight votes and fell short of actually being spotlighted.) When you see some of my new work, you'll be amazed how far I've come. For now though, I'll be creating a few new voxels from scratch and remaking a few others. (I already have around 20+ remakes of the blue civilian car, and I'm not stopping there.)
New and improved structures. Of all types, too. From a multitude of shacks to towers of glass, I'll have it. (Though I have LITTLE experience in working with SHPs. I'll see how this goes, and depending on how this turns out, I'll be asking for help.)
Misc. Civilians. You may be wondering what that's supposed to mean, but I can only tell you so much from here. One thing I can tell you though is that I will have a sub-faction in the mod that you will only be able to play as in skirmish/multiplayer. When I have a sub-forum, I will explain more. This is listed under Misc. Civilians because they are what they are under, civilians, and nothing more.
New maps. A mod wouldn't be a real mod without a set of maps of its own, right?
If you have any questions (Other than those related to the story of the mod.) or comments, just PM me. I'm quite active when I don't have any work to do, so I'll be on quite a lot from this point on.
