Is there a way to stop Kirov's from moving to their target when they are attacking?

I tried using BuddaBoy's tags for a helicopter in here: http://ppmsite.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22934, but no avail

I used the Cannon Zeppelin in the other topic as voxel, with a grand cannon weapon instead of bombs

guard range and auto aquire need to be turned off/reduced
