Here a Quastion : HOw to make units follow the Harverster , like inTS when you press CTRL + ALT somthing like that . is it possibble in TW ? how ?

You didn't understood : I mean that in Tiberian Sun that there is an option to pick units that you want and press Ctrl+Alt if i I dont wrong , so I'm asking if it possible in Tiberium Wars .

Since C&C Generals, there is no function of escorting a unit or structure with the ctrl+alt+left click. It was never implemented by EA Pacific and EALA. You can try asking the guys at Revora forums or the official C&C forums in a new thread there.

There is no logic for it implanted so there is no button

Well, there is some sort of logic, otherwise there would be no Worldbuilder script that allows the camera to follow a unit during an in-engine cinematic. That has never been translated to an in-game player-controllable fuction sadly.
