I added the Medic from TS into YR It works except it has no sounds I tried adding them into the sound.ini file and made a mix with the medics voices But I had no luck. Any one got a clue on how to get them to work?

Sounds go into audio.bag. Use XCC Sound Editor or Mod Creator to put them there.
Here is an example for soundmd.ini, surely you don't need one for rulesmd.ini as it is pretty straight forward.

Code:
856=MedicMove
857=MedicAttackCommand
858=MedicSelect
859=MedicAhh

[MedicSelect]
Sounds=$vquasea $vquased $vquasee
Control=random
Volume=85

[MedicAttackCommand]
Sounds= $vquaa2e $vquaatb $vquacrb $vquacrd
Control=random
Volume=85

[MedicMove]
Sounds=$vquamoa $vquamob $vquamoc $vquamod
Control=random
Volume=85

[MedicAhh]
Sounds=$medahh
Control=random
Volume=85

You have to drag and drop the sounds from Windows into the Sound Editor. Olaf didn't make it very intuitive but it's not hard.

Dark Templar, you've Forgot

You have to drag and drop the sounds from Windows into the Sound Editor "THEN COMPACT" then click OK.

You don't have to hit compact at all. I never use the compact button on any of the XCC utilities and everything works perfectly fine. As a matter of fact, with XCC Mix Editor, compact tends to damage .MIX files.

I didn't forget because it's not necessary, as Aro pointed out.
