trigger happy beta emp infantry, originally for FS but ...

this pic is a trigger happy pair of beta emp infantry, originally for FS but in this mod FS doesn't happen, so I'm debating on having it in the release, its a fun little guy to play with but it has serious balance issues(very easy to take out an enemy base as defenses shut down when emped) especially in the beta version cause he couldn't fire the emp too far away but he could see a long ways off(don't ask why) and he would see something and start shooting at it, and before I know it my whole base is shut down from the one infantry. I think I killed him before the enemy got near. but this pic is in a nod base after I went and emped them to death I moved into the middle with them and brought in the equivilant of the cyborg commando in Rischu beta form... result massive destruction for nod. thankfully this has been cut down to a bare minimum...

I would recommend making a balanced EMP vehicle, or an infantry that needs to get CLOSE in order to EMP someone. The EMP blast should be too big, remember in order for the original EMP superweapon to be fired a powerdraining building had to charge for about 2 minutes.... and this infantry fires multiple shots per second :$

as I said, this was a beta shot the emp infantry has been drasticly improved from what he was but still needs improvement as well
