I just installed RA2 and I want start modding but before that I have couple Questions

1)What progrem extract the file like in TS , Still XCC mixer ?
2)Modding Worked on INIS ? BIG Files
3)If I want add new color what should I do?

1) XCC Mixer.

2) The ini files are inside the mix files. Check ra2.mix -> local.mix.

Its a video I made on how to make a mod for Ra2 (works for yuris revenge also. Just add MD to everything... but I made another video to show the alerternative route for yuris revenge that exist for some reason.)
Though If you have just Plain RA2 without exspansion... then that video will get you started.

However... If you have Yuri's revenge and Not plain RA2.... then I can help you with #3

Go to NPATCH section then select downloads. Funny thing is.... VK did not make a link to it so tough luck, you got to guide yourself. xD

Then download Npatch SE and the Npatch SE MDK. Its the one I recemond for... its the least buggy with the most features of them in in my experience... though I recemond learning the basics of modding first.... You will just go over your head with the information in th MDK... but its your choice.

THOUGH ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET NEW COLORS WITHOUT YURIS REVENGE. Just clearing that up.
